Arthur Waley had a variety of different hairstyles during his lifetime. He was well known as an outstanding poet, translator, writer, sinologist, orientalist and curator. However, the British academic was mostly known for his remarkable looks and his livable character. Before his tragic passing at the age of 77 he was frequently featured in magazines and tabloids because of his superb hairstyles.
