Carl Sandburg had a variety of different haircuts during his lifetime. He reached fame as a great poet, musicologist, historian, novelist, writer, screenwriter, journalist, biographer, trade unionist and children's writer. However, the American writer and editor was particularly known for his remarkable looks and his delightful character.
