George Fox had a variety of different haircuts during his lifetime. He was well recognized as a great theologian. Nevertheless, the English Dissenter and founder of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) was especially known for his unusual looks and his livable personality. Before his tragic death at age 67 he was frequently talked about in magazines and tabloids because of his exceptionally haircuts.
