Maria Reiche had a variety of different hairstyles during her career. She became famous as a talented anthropologist, archaeologist and mathematician. Nevertheless, the Peruvian archaeologist was mostly known for her remarkable public appearances and her livable personality. Before her tragic passing at the age of 95 she was frequently in the spotlight of the press due to her exceptionally haircuts.
