Norbert Schmelzer had many different haircuts during his career. He reached fame as a talented politician, economist, poet, diplomat, composer and pianist. Nevertheless, the Dutch politician was specially known for his exceptional public appearances and his adorable character. Before his tragic demise at age 87 he was again and again in the spotlight of magazines and tabloids because of his exceptionally hairstyles.
