Salvatore Quasimodo had a variety of different haircuts during his lifetime. He was widely celebrated as a talented poet, linguist, writer, translator, screenwriter, university teacher, journalist and literary critic. However, the Italian writer was specially known for his unusual fashion sense and his delightful personality. Before his tragic death at the age of 67 he was repeatedly in the spotlight of the press due to his outstanding hair and looks.
