Walter Jens had many different hairstyles during his career. He became famous as a world-class linguist, screenwriter, writer, translator, literary historian, literary critic and university teacher. Nevertheless, the German philologist, literature historian, critic, university professor and writer was mostly known for his remarkable fashion sense and his delightful personality.
