William Jones (philologist) had a variety of different hairstyles during his career. He reached fame as a great anthropologist, linguist, judge, translator, poet, writer and botanist. Nevertheless, the Anglo-Welsh philologist and scholar of ancient India was mostly known for his extradordinary public appearances and his delightful character. Before his tragic passing at age 48 he was again and again in the spotlight of magazines and tabloids due to his superb looks.
