William Penn had various haircuts during his lifetime. He reached fame as an excellent philosopher, entrepreneur and theologian. However, the English real estate entrepreneur, philosopher, early Quaker and founder of the Province of Pennsylvania was mainly known for his special fashion sense and his delightful personality.
